5 years ago, Carl Johnson (CJ) eluded from lobbying of lives in Los Santos Province, San Andreas.. a town breaking themselves apart with bands disorder, drugs and depravity. Where wealthy persons and businessman do their best to prevent the gangs and dealers.
Now, it's the early 90s. CJ got to go home. His mother has been assassinated, his family has collapsed and friends of his childhood are all at the disaster.
On his return to the quarter, a couple of corrupt officers enclose it for murder. Carl's is forced on a journey that takes him across the entire state of San Andreas, to save his family and to take control of the streets.
